Thumbs up to the Magic Circle theater in Roseville for their production of Neil Simon's Barefoot in the Park. I attend a great deal of professional theater which I think biases me against local community theater. It's just that my standards have been lifted so high by all the professional things I've seen that I'm often disappointed in local theater. Not this time. I had a great time at my first outing to the Roseville Theater and look forward to many happy returns. I'm even going to volunteer and maybe one day even audition (but these people may have been out of my league). Jerry Lee was epsecially good.
