I've never been to NOLA and know next to nothing about Mardi Gras and the New Orleans' spirit, but I just love this idea. For those of you who would like to give to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort and the tax break just isn't enough incentive, here you can see boobs in exchange for donations. I just love America.
