tunebite is a new piece of software that allows you to convert your DRM protected music files to unprotected mp3s. You know, I understand the need for copyright protection, but when I buy a song off Musicmatch, I want to be able to take it with me on my iPod. If I can't take it with me, then why bother paying for it in the first place? I've only just starting using tunebite, but so far so good. It has to play back the songs and re-record them--so it's slow, but the fidelity is good and you can batch convert.
